New email recipients should receive a welcome email

New email recipients should receive an welcome email. The email should contain a welcome message and info about the website and word press. Also a link to unsubsribe if they were subscribed by mistake.

        Ronnie, there is already a signup confirmation email and we also have autoresponders (change the "type" of your newsletter on step 1).
