Show the HTML code of newsletter & enable edits on footer / unsubscribe

I have an ESP already who we use to send our newsletters out to over 100k. I love the plugin as it's allowed me to give editors access in to create newsletters without any knowledge of html code etc. However... when it comes time to send the newsletter they contact me and I go in to the preview section view source and add our boiler plated optout links and a view online in the header. It would be great it we could get access to do that vs. hard coding in the php.

        Hi Kim:

        Guess I phrased it wrong. By click to see HTML vs. using the view source button in Firefox/Chrome. Need something where the footer is already appeneded.

        That's 2 requests in 1!

        We won't allow to edit html because this will brake the preview in our visual editor. But if you need to HTML to send via another software, send yourself a preview and download it.

        As editable footer, we agree. This is actually planned for a future release. Can't predict when though.
