  This is the same for me too. Gone from both the Subscribers page. and the detail view. Can't currently add any new subscribers to anything.

  Hey! On which page?

  The Subscribers and List page with the bulk action? Or on the detail view of a subscriber?

  In both, you can add to any list. Let us know, this might be a bug.
